Fitness tips - six pack

Personally, I have some tips about how to have six pack body, here :
First, you must not eat everything. It means you must guard your body from high fat food.
Second, you must exercise everyday and train your body. You can do sit up 100 - 150 times.
You must not eat "fried" food because it have many oil and of course "fat".
If you repeat this for 2 month, I think you can have six pack body..
You can try this at home..
